The Short Answer
PPF (paint protection film) is a sheet of clear TPU film cut and stretched over each panel. Supreme PPC (paint protection coating) is a liquid hybrid polymer that is applied to the paint and cures into a hard, clear layer. “PPF coating” is not a product: it is what people call the film, because once it is on, it looks like a coating.
Both protect against things ceramic coating cannot, such as stone chips. They get there in different ways, and that changes what you live with afterwards.

Which One Should You Choose?
Choose PPF if maximum chip protection matters more than anything else: long expressway runs, a car you want to look factory-new at resale, or a colour or matte change (only film can do that).
Choose Supreme PPC if you want serious protection without a film on the car: you don’t want fittings removed, you don’t want visible edges, you want trims and alloys covered too, and you want one application that is warranted for 15 years with no maintenance visits.
If you are comparing it with ceramic instead, the difference is simpler: ceramic offers little defence against stone chips and needs re-coating every few years. Supreme PPC does neither.
What Does Supreme PPC Cost?
